At Trainscendence we concentrate on cardio and resistance aspects but a 'fresh and fun' approach is also an important component for long term change.
Our resistance training module aims to increase strength, muscle tone and protect joints from injuries whilst improving balance and coordination which will be very beneficial growing older.
The Cardiovascular module is a big calorie burner for fat loss, speeds up the metabolism and -more important- the best way to get fitter from the inside out.
While it takes more than one training session to notice changes on the outside, the internal impact of exercise will start immediately after commencing with your training since the heart muscle is getting stronger with every step you take!
