Supershape gym caters for men and women from 12 to 80 years of age who have a desire to improve their physical capabilities and bodyshape. The gym is set up in sections to cater for clients different needs and capabilities. There is a Strength and Fitness Express Circuit to suit elderly men and women and younger children, a huge electronic Cardio section, The biggest resistance training section for women only in Australia, the Nautilus Rehabilitation and Conditioning section, the Muscle and Fitness Section and the Athletes, Body building and Powerlifting section.
There is so much equipment clients will never get bored doing the same old exercises or ever have to wait in a queue to get their workout done.
