Springmount Fine Foods 2.3

Our small, family run property is located in beautiful Springmount between the famous gourmet food regions of Daylesford and Creswick in Central Victoria. At Springmount Fine Foods we use only the best ingredients, nearly all of which are grown here on our property, to make a range of quality foods.

The highlight is our heavenly Black Garlic which is an amazing addition to any cheese board but also can be used in so many dishes. Not many people of ever heard of Black Garlic, but every time we have introduced it to a friend, they’ve fallen in love with the sweet, yet savoury complex flavour and soft caramelized texture.

We also have a range of pastes to accompany cheese boards, relishes, sauces and vinaigrettes.
