With over 30 years of educational experience, teaching, leading and inspiring children colleagues and parents to embrace a life-long journey of learning Simon has established himself as an acclaimed and much-loved expert in his field.

Simon has run dynamic workshops for parents, teachers, and professionals for over two decades. Sharing his stories of success, experiences, and failures in a warm and engaging manner. His expert theoretical knowledge and practical workshops are jam packed with tips, tricks, strategies and resources to support you and your child. His passion for education and insight into the minds of children, how they learn and why they do the things they do, will help you understand how to help children be the very best they can be.


Simon continued to teach part time as a senior teacher in Brisbane specialising in early education. In his robust experience, he has held the position of teacher, principal, an assistant principal from desert indigenous communities, communes, rural and inner city schools. He is actively involved in community events having been president of ‘Little A’s,' softball and netball associations. He has also raised money for cancer and local schools by managing and completing multi-day ultra-endurance running events.

Working closely with families of ASD children, anxious, disengaged or behaviorally challenged children from prep to year 10, Simon takes on various roles to support the children and young people in his care. A tutor, coach, champion, and advocate, he starts from the child’s strengths, building bridges of concepts, skills, and understanding, celebrating children’s unique skills and laying solid foundations for a positive growth mindset for future learning.

SImon currently teaches full time in the South of Sydney, and loves it!
