In the 2hr energetic session Rebecca holds a confidential,grounded, protected safe space where you will be held, nurtured and guided to facilitate your healing. This unconditional love allows to go deep within your beings cellular memory to release ancestral, physical, emotional and mental trauma along with dysfunctional thoughts and beliefs that hinder your bliss. This can create feelings of relief, renewal, peace with your past and greater hope for your future.This raw and powerful process invites you to be 100% present with yourself, feeling gratitude for every precious moment of being you. living and sharing your life in a more conscious, authentic, loving and joyful way.

Session's are available Tue,Wed and Thurs
from 11am till 4pm (outside hrs and weekend sessions are available to clients that are unable to make weekday appointments)

2hr session - $150 adult
$125 concession
A $50 cancellation fee will be charged for cancellations with less than 24hrs notice.


Silent 1hr Meditation sessions:
Are a beautiful way to just be. I am particularly interested in sitting with and sharing my 20 year practical experience in meditation with beginners who feel previous attempts to meditate have been unsuccessful. I am motivated by assisting you to achieve and enjoy the meditation practice you desire to have in your life.

Booking times will be discussed on enquiry
We will spend a total of 1.5 hrs together
half hr discussion + 1hr silent meditation

Individual sit- $30 1.5hrs (my space or yours)
group sittings- $15 pp 1.5hrs max 4 (your space)

Sessions are facilitated in Ocean shores, 15 Minutes North of Byron Bay.
