S.A.S Fitness & Pilates On The Move offers Personal Training, Outdoor Group Fitness/Bootcamps, Beautifully designed Pilates Mat classes & Clinical Pilates One on One Reformer, Cadillac & Wunda Chair private sessions held on specifically designed Clinical Pilates Equipment. Whether your objective is weight loss, to be fitter, to tone up, for strength & endurance training, cross or specific sports training or simply to have some great fun & meet new people, S.A.S Fitness & Pilates On The Move has it all. With a dynamic range of fitness enhancing & life changing solutions to meet all needs & goals sort after by all participants, let S.A.S Fitness walk (or sprint) with you on your journey. What makes S.A.S Fitness stand out from the fitness crowd is the clinical approach. I closely work with participants who carry injuries of various sorts, monitoring & modifying exercises to suit everybody in order for maximum results to be achieved.
What to expect:
S.A.S Fitness Outdoor Group Fitness / Bootcamps: (No more than 12 participants) held in the great outdoors with a diverse range of drills including; boxing, kettlebell work, medicine ball work, tyre work, agility training, cardiovascular training, body weight training…etc. Variety is important & there will be no session conducted the same.
S.A.S Fitness Personal Training: One on one or small group training (no more than 4 participants) held in a studio gym environment. Utilising state of the art gym equipment as well as a variety of small training equipment you will definitely get bang for your buck!! All programs are tailored to each individuals needs to ensure all goals are achieved in a safe & controlled environment.
Pilates on the Move: 15 Years of industry experience conducting One or Two on One clinical pilates sessions held in a professional studio environment. Sessions incorporate working on the Reformer, Cadillac, Wunda Chair Mat work & small apparatus work focusing on core strengthening & postural awareness. Each individual will have a personalised & tailored program to suit any presenting injuries or fitness requirements. Specialising in referrals of Spinal Injuries, Pre & Post Pregnancy & Specific & or Cross Training for various sporting activities. A famous quote from Joseph Pilates himself says it all…”10 sessions you’ll feel a difference…in 20 sessions you’ll see a difference & in 30 sessions you’ll be a different person.” With 15 years of experience, I have witnessed the life changing improvements with all of my clients. The understanding of body awareness & implementing my teachings in the everyday lifestyle of all of my clients is my main goal.
