Following the enormous success in Sydney, Salt Meats Cheese Surfers Paradise opened in July 2015.
Guided by strong Italian heritage, knowledge and expertise, the founders of Salt Meats Cheese have proudly combined Italy’s finest produce with premium Australian products, to create a tantalising taste experience. The concept incorporates a delicatessen, Italian restaurant and a woodfired pizzeria in a rustic, industrial style environment. Customers are presented with the opportunity to sit, relax and indulge in a gourmet Italian meal, a mouth watering meat and cheese platter or woodfired pizza in the licensed venue.
Salt Meats Cheese is also dedicated to passing on its wealth of knowledge to its customers through cooking classes. The Sydney store alone hosted over 4000 people in cooking classes throughout 2014, including ‘how to’ classes on the making of fresh buffalo mozzarella, pasta, ravioli, sauces, bread and pizza.
