Vinyasa Flow is a sequence of movements, or vinyasa, linking the poses. Poses are held for several breaths, before flowing to the next movement. The sequence is designed to develop strength, balance and flexibility. Variations are offered for different fitness levels.

Yin classes are slower paced, grounding and more restorative. They require less effort as many poses are supported. Poses are held for 3 - 5 minutes. Longer, static holds enable us to target fascia and connective tissue to help increase flexibility. These classes also assist those wishing to develop a deeper understanding of mindfulness, clarity and stillness.

Before classes:
Please seek advice from your medical practitioner.
Make sure you don't eat a heavy meal before classes and please bring a mat or towel and a drink.

Core Strength classes are not offered in Term 4.
This class combines pilates and yoga through breath awareness, stretching and strengthening the core. The class is designed to focus the mind, improve breathing and posture, and develop strong core muscles.
