Hi, I am a Diploma Certified Remedial Massage Therapist and I provide massage services for the Canberra area.

I developed an interest in health and wellness during my employment as a chiropractic assistant for 4.5 in Carlsbad, California.

In my efforts to gain knowledge in the massage industry, I have completed a Certificate 4 in Massage and Diploma in Remedial Massage.

In addition I have also studied:
- Certificate of Completion in Hahana Hot Stone Therapy
- Certificate 3 in Fitness
- Certificate of Completion Rocktape 1: Kinesiology Taping Course
- Level 1 Sports Trainer

I am dedicated in providing massage therapy to clients from children to seniors, sports athletes and women during pregnancy to help relieve muscle pain, tightness, weakness, poor posture and injuries.
