Random Acts of Yoga 1.39

Is yoga sitting in Lotus sounding Om.... Maybe but not always. Is yoga a super serious practice that should only be practiced in a yoga studio....maybe but i don't think so. Should yoga be fun and accessible to everyone, all ages, men and women from all walks of life.... Absolutely!
I love yoga and I would love to see more people practicing yoga in more interesting and fun places.
Doing yoga amongst art in a gallery is an amazing experience.
Finishing a class at the pub and walking straight to the bar for a after class beer, great idea.
Classes for real people to breathe, move, relax and have fun.
