It's no wonder I enjoy inspiring and motivating and pushing others to reap the benefits of enjoying an active healthy lifestyle, because .... I LOVE training... I love everything about it - from the commitment it requires and confidence and pride that comes from smashing your goals, to the anit-stress and sleep benefits it provides (which is a BIG plus when you have a family)...
It's probably a good thing I enjoy it so much because I also LOVE food... I have a terrible sweet tooth (chocolate and condensed milk is NOT safe in my fridge) so when I'm not training, and busy with my family, I'm in the kitchen whipping up some healthier alternatives of my fave sweets.
It isn't always easy balancing study, work, training, family etc there's some trial and error involved. But with some flexibility, motivation and support, and short and long term goals in place, balancing (rather than juggling) it all can be achieved - and that's where I come in!
