Optimal Health and Fitness is the place to come if you are keen to develop yourself. We cater for people with rehabilitation issues, people who just want to run, have more energy for them selves and their kids, to train for a marathon or even a Ironman. The training is very functional with the use of the latest tools like Vipr, TRX, mastering your bodyweight, resistance tools and a large toolbox full of other toys.. Most importantly we teach you how to get the Optimal use out of your body!
We currently have 3 group sessions Tuesdays and Thursdays at 5am we have our FREE running group where we generally run about 8km and have a wide group of developing runners who just want to enjoy running. We all had to start somewhere and here is the place to do so. Wednesday mornings at 5:15 am we have our runners strength class and the focus is on all the weaknesses you encounter being a runner. This session gets tailored every week to suit the attendees. This is a $10 session. We also have 1/1 personal training options and for more details on what package suits you please feel free to PM us.
