Nepean tutoring has been established since early 2012 to meet the educational needs of clients within the Nepean, Lower Blue Mountain and Hawkesbury areas. Our tutors come from diverse backgrounds in education as classroom teachers and university lecturers to university students. We offer competitive rates and flexible hours and strive to deliver a personally tailored service to all students.

Teaching philosophies reflect the individual ideas of each tutor. However, progressive ideas and teaching strategies are a hallmark of our success. All tutors remain current with new ideas in education along with new curriculum requirements. Infants and Primary aged students enjoy a multi-sensory experience with literacy and mathematics development for example and Secondary students are encouraged to discover their own learning styles with their tutor's assistance.

Individual consultation with parents can assist to build realistic goals and expectations and is a service that is encouraged for students who present with a range of educational challenges.

Nepean Tutoring does not use prescribed methods of learning, but draws on a range of resources as part of our goal to design an individual learning plan for all students. We do not expect y0u to sign contracts or commit to large up-front payments.
