What is a Mindful Arts Experience?

It's not about the finished product. It's about the journey, the joy, the sense of freedom, the delight in engaging all the senses and drawing out the 'child' within. It's about going in to your own creative, quiet, still place and responding to the expressions arising with strokes, shapes, colours, images and words. Take home with you, a way of tapping in to that joyful, creative, quiet still place, whenever you choose!

Who can join us at Mindful Arts Experiences?

Anyone who wants to 'still' their mind from 'every-day' overload and tap into that quiet still place, in the present, where the creative and analytical mind is free to imagine and see new worlds and possibilities, of fresh new ways of seeing, being, creating, and contributing.

What a beautiful space to be in!
Art is fun!
You really need to look at a painting to get a picture of it.
It doesn’t matter what other people say. Just have fun. Also use different painting styles.
I loved all of it!
