Melaleuca Refugee Centre 3.19

Melaleuca Refugee Centre Torture Trauma Survivors Service of the NT Incorporated is a community–controlled, not–for–profit association operating out of Darwin. The association was first established in 1996 as the Torture Trauma Survivors Service of the NT Incorporated to cater for the small numbers of refugees and asylum seekers wanting to settle in the Northern Territory. In 2002 it expanded and became known as the Melaleuca Refugee Centre Torture Trauma Survivors Service of the NT Incorporated (Melaleuca Refugee Centre).
