NOT Just another Personal Trainer...
I, Tracy Rolton, am just an ordinary person who has also looked in the mirror and has not liked what was starring back.
After having 2 children in the space of 24 months, the kilo's had mounted up to the point where I knew I had to do something about it.
Through commitment, determination and being highly motivated, I rose to the challenge of shredding the weight through exercise and clean eating. This lead me on the journey of improving my knowledge in the Fitness Industry.
My qualifications include:
- Certificate 3 & 4 in Fitness
- Fully qualified boxing trainer with the Australian Boxing League.
- Licensed Metafit Coach.
- Level 1 Sports Trainer.
- CPR
- First Aid.
I will be continuing my studies next year in the Diploma of Fitness at the Australian Institute of Personal Trainers.
I am always resourcing my knowledge in the Fitness Field to give my upmost best to deliver to my clients.
