I’m Sophie Lynch, certified Hypnobirthing Australia Practitioner, hypnobirthing mother & supremely positive birth advocate. Hello!

It’s my belief that birth is a pivotal and often transforming moment in a woman’s life to be approached with joy, curiosity and treated with respect. A birth that is positive, empowered and calm is an ongoing gift for mother, baby and family as a whole.

Having experienced two very positive births of my own, it’s with genuine enthusiasm, sensitivity & empathy that I approach my teaching of the Hypnobirthing Australia skills and philosophy. It’s my desire that women in this region have access to another quality antenatal education choice- the same as our city sisters enjoy!
