My main coaching aim is helping riders and horses to develop a more harmonious partnership. Through correct rider biomechanics a symmetrical, balanced more secure position can be achieved.
By ensuring correct breathing and a relaxed structure whilst engaging the correct core muscles the rider is better able to carry themselves with stability allowing the horse to move uninhibited by the rider. This enables harmony and lightness, working together as one, as ~Kindred Spirits ~
