Like many of us, I have struggled with my health, weight and fitness over the years. In my late teens I weighed ~190kgs, and have maintained a weight loss of about 50kgs since then, but I know there is a lot more I can do!
My interest in improving my own health has lead me to study fitness with FIT College so that I can learn more and share my knowledge and experience to help others.
