I offer Mind detox Therapy/ Holistic counselling and coaching! as well as the additional services of reiki.
Reiki is a form of healing accelerating the body’s ability to heal physical ailments and emotional states, opening the mind and the spirit to the causes of various conditions.

The client lies comfortably on a massage bed, fully clothed, and covered with either a light blanket or doona. The Reiki is gently transferred through the Practitioner’s hands in a non-intrusive way, which usually induces a state of deep relaxation. The intention of the client is held with grace, as the Reiki healing energy releases, energises and supports the well-being of the client.

A rebalance of the chakra system is included in all first consultations. This brings us into alignment and allows us to feel grounded, balanced and centred.

Consultation may also include: crystals, visualisation, colour, sound and music. Reiki assists women and men of all ages including pregnant mums, children and babies.

About Me-
I have had Reiki in my life for more than 20yrs and now have two Reiki Masters whom hold a warm place in my heart, reiki has helped me though some very difficult life moments, bringing clarity, enhancing my intuition and keeping me Grounded.
And it also brought forward a burning desire to learn more about this beautiful connection and Craft.
I now enjoy Reiki both personally and professionaly and love nothing more than seeing how it also enhances and benefits the lives of my clients.
During the last few years I have also completed my Diploma of Case Management and Counselling. And Mind detox Therapy
My interest in my own personal and professional growth and those of my clients have me constantly updating my skills, with me currently now undertaking a Diploma of Mind Detox Therapy.
But I can Honestly say Reiki has been my foundation and inspiration, to continue to bring my passion to all my services.
