Ghost Removals 2.16

Ghost Removals was founded in January 2016 by Renee Cusworth. There was a growing demand for 'ghosts to be removed' so this business was launched alongside Renee's other healing business, Spirit Connect.

Demand for the services offered by both businesses surged and Liv Richardson and Romy Baker joined the Ghost Removals team in August 2017.

Renee first met Liv as a client in a Healing session in August 2016 and both felt an instant connection and that they would be working together in the future. Liv and Romy became friends in October 2016 after connecting via an online group that Romy had established to connect like-minded souls. They launched their healing business 'Om Ok' in June 2017.

All have had a similiar journey in this life and are very gifted psychically. They can all perceive the same energies and have developed their own intuitive techniques to remove them. They communicate with energy telepathically (in their mind) and receive information via:

thoughts and sounds (clairaudience)
images (clairvoyance)
feelings (clairsentience)
intuition / gut feeling (claircognizance)
smells (clairscent)
tastes (clairgustance)

All bookings involve an Energetic Assessment where we telepathically tune in to your situation and advise you what is going on. They also involve an Energetic Clearance of the following:

- the premises
- the land immediately surrounding the premises (your property)
- the personal energy fields of all occupants and pets
- the electrical system
- all appliances and devices located within the property
- modem and internet connection

We will also check and determine the best way for correcting the following:

- portal and vortex activity
- traditional land ownership imbalance

In Person
One (sometimes two) team members will come to your premises (must be located within one hour of Perth CBD in Australia) and perform an Energetic Assessment. We will advise you what is causing the disturbance and answer any questions you have. We will clear any priority negative energies in the environment immediately.

We will meet for up to one hour however the total time spent on your issue will be up to three hours (excluding travel time).

After we have departed, we will finalise the Energetic Clearance and email you with either a brief audio recording or a typed Outcome Summary report with the results, on the same day.

This type of appointment is great if you live in Perth and would like the added assurance of meeting us in person.

Currently, team members Liv Richardson and Romy Baker take care of the majority of In Person bookings.

What we need from you:

Please ensure that there is a quiet space where we can sit and hold the session. We ask that only the person who has booked the session is present in this space and if you would like anyone else to be there, then this is limited to one person. Other people/pets can be at the premises but not actually listening in on the session.

This is to ensure that we have the best possible space to perform the psychic work with minimal disruption. Please ensure that any noisy work such as cleaners or maintenance is postponed for the hour we meet. Any overtime work will be charged at $99 per hour or $25 per 15 minutes. This is payable as cash on the day.

Remote
A team member will call you on the number you specify and perform an Energetic Assessment. We will advise you what is causing the disturbance and answer any questions you have. We will clear any priority negative energies in the environment immediately.

We will speak on the phone for up to one hour however the total time spent on your issue will be up to three hours.

After we have ended the conversation, we will perform the Energetic Clearance and email you with either a brief audio recording or a typed Outcome Summary report with the results, on the same day.

This type of appointment is perfect if you reside outside of Perth or need a clearance performed urgently.

Currently, team member Renee Cusworth takes care of the majority of Remote bookings.

What we need from you:

When making the booking, please upload a photo of the front of your premises or of yourself, if you believe the issue is specific to you (i.e. goes with you from house to house).

Please ensure that you are sitting comfortably in a quiet space for the scheduled call. We ask that only the person who has booked the session is present in this space and if you would like anyone else to be there, then this is limited to one person. Other people/pets can be at the premises but not actually listening in on the session.

This is to ensure that we have the best possible space to perform the psychic work with minimal disruption. Please ensure that any noisy work such as cleaners or maintenance is postponed for the hour we meet. Any overtime work will be charged at $99 per hour or $25 per 15 minutes and a PayPal invoice will be emailed to you for payment if required.

In Person appointments can be paid for either online at the time of booking (via credit/debit card or PayPal account) or after the appointment is held via cash or credit/debit card. We have a card reader to process the transaction.

Remote appointments must be paid for online at the time of booking (via credit/debit card or PayPal account).

Note - the majority of issues are resolved within one session. On the rare occasion a follow up clearance may be required to fully resolve the issue. This is usually for Personal Energy imbalances with people who are psychically gifted and for land with significant portal/vortex activity or traditional land ownership imbalance.

We will assess the situation if it arises as usually this implies the person needs a Healing session.

All prices factor in the following items which are undertaken outside of the one hour appointment:
-preparation
-travel time (for 'In Person')
-clearance
-write up of outcome report
-closing off

Each session takes around three hours in total to complete and all steps need to be undertaken carefully and thoroughly to ensure that our own energy levels stay protected and balanced.
