Yoga is not an exercise, even though thats how its promoted. Yoga is a way of life, where your commitment and persistence to follow the eight fold path of yoga is a must. If you are not committed to the eight fold path of yoga then you may become flexible and strong but real goal will still elude you. As Eckhart tolle says "if you get the inside right, the outside will fall into place".
Our classes can be as challenging as the students needs them to be but we emphasise on meditation in motion. So please come and check out our yoga studio in cherrybrook.
We have small group classes so that every student can be looked after well.
