I became qualified as a personal trainer through the Australian Institute of Fitness in 2006.
I then volunteered to help the Braidwood Bears RLFC.
At this club I helped with strength and conditioning and also becoming a qualified sports trainer to strap and administer first aid for the team.
In 2007 I started work with the Canberra Raiders Under 16s and under 18s rugby league teams.
Taking on the roles of sports trainer and rehabilitation of injured players.
I used these roles to help the Tuggeranong Bushrangers for 4 seasons as well.
Here I finally found my passion for rehabilitation there is nothing more satisfying than seeing a player you helped get back to 100% and back onto the paddock.
In 2010 I decided to challenge myself and I moved to the Gold Coast.
While there I worked with the South Tweed Koalas U19s, Reserve and First grade teams and the Gold Coast Titans Under 16s & 18s as there rehabilitation coach.
From Titans I also help the Burleigh Bears RLFC as the head trainer for the Colts under 20s team.
After 3 yrs of being away I became home sick and chose to move back to Queanbeyan/Canberra where I have now been working back with the Canberra Raiders Juniors as a Massage Therapist, Sports trainer and Rehabilitation Coach.
My main passion is with remedial massage and rehabilitation and one on one training to make sure Every client that I work with will get my full attention.
I am always looking to broaden my skills and knowledge by continuing to participate in courses.
