Individually tailored treatment which specialises in deep tissue/ remedial techniques including trigger point therapy, myofascial release, cupping, assisted stretching and exercise prescription.
Clients range from everyday office workers, gym goers, farmers to a variety of athletes/sports teams including soccer,rugby, triathletes, cyclists, runners.

Graduated in 2009 with a Bachelor of Health Science (Musculoskeletal Therapy) and Diploma Remedial Massage.
For two years worked on the Sunshine Coast at Mooloolaba Massage and Sports Health
In 2011 and 2012 travels took me through Europe and work lead me to the UK mainly in Aberdeen, Scotland where i gain valuable experience working at Aberdeen Sports Massage/ Spear Physiotherapy

My main aim is to work with each client to promote a better quality and healthier lifestyle and to make a real difference in the body's function and performace.
