Laura is a accredited chakrdance(TM) and yoga facilitator, a dancer, performer, life student of yoga, Anthropologist and people connector. A creative embodiment wellness coach specialising in guiding people to connect with their bodies and heritage. Utilising movement therapy to access inner wisdom and outer creative expression enables clients to reach their full potential, living in complete harmony in body, mind and spirit.

Laura's work draws upon her background in Anthropology and her Masters in Cultural heritage which was inspired by her involvement in multiple communities abroad. This brought about a strong understanding of the importance of community, creative expression and knowing of one’s identity, values and beliefs. Integrating this with her passion of creative expression, dance, spiritual development, holistic health, yoga, somatics, wellness, cosmology, intangible cultural heritage and environmental sustainability, Laura hopes to be of service to others.
