Ebb and Flow Café grows and uses local, organic, seasonal produce to create food inspired from around the world. We use excellent Coffee roasted locally by 'The Tattooed Sailor Coffee Roasters'. We believe that good health and healing begins with what you eat and drink and have a passion for serving innovative and wholesome foods and drinks. We also love to share our knowledge about foods and plants and their health and healing properties.
