After several highly successful years achieving fantastic results for both LJ Hooker and McGrath estate agents on Sydney's northern beaches, David decided his young family needed a sun change so heading north for the Queensland lifestyle was just the ticket. "Everybody needs a change, we hear so much about the QLD lifestyle down south and over time it proved too much for us to resist, and now with a young family in tow the lifestyle here is perfect".

David has a strong belief in supporting the community and is involved with the RQYS, Kindy Patch, Manly State School and the local Auskick community. "The Bayside area has a great community feel and I believe Brisbane and more specifically, the bayside suburbs are well overdue for their share of the Aussie property boom with Manly and the surrounding suburbs offering real hidden treasures".

Learning and growing from previous positive experiences with former agencies and employers, David has now chosen the Belle Property brand as the way forward.
