Crumbed Or Naked started as the twinkle in the eye of long time Sunshine Coast locals and friends, Danny and Motti, back in January 2014, two dudes reputed for never being short of a joke or a mean grilled wrap or sandwich and a penchant for doing wondrous things with the simple schnitzel.

After a few months of sourcing the best produce and producers around, Danny and Motti were ready to rock and by May 2014 the doors of Crumbed or Naked were thrust open to Mooloolaba, who gave a rapturous welcome to the lads.

Within days Sunshine Coast locals and tourists alike had jumped on Crumbed or Naked's bandwagon, and within weeks word had spread to Brisbane and beyond about the friendly new orange hole-in-the-wall place playing Pink Floyd, and making killer schnittys and gourmet wraps and sandwiches like nobody else.

Danny and Motti insist on only using THE freshest and best local produce around to really make their food sing - no ifs or buts - all made fresh and prepared daily.

You can take your pick from a variety of delicious free range schnitzels, grilled chicken, premium grass fed Angus steak, wagyu, and Sovereign lamb - all cooked to order - topped with a smorgasbord of incredible salads (including fried onions, spiced pumpkin, roasted capsicum, roasted eggplant, pickled cabbage, babaganoush and more), sauces and spices.

Vegetarians, fear not either: the best falafels you've ever eaten, the 'Musthavafalafel', are hand rolled and fried are to order. Or try some fried haloumi or a fresh herb omelette to sit alongside the scrumptious salad options.

Not in the mood for a wrap or sandwich? No problem! Snap up some piping hot chips (your choice of seasoning), some barramundi and chips or perhaps a big boxed salad to munch on.
