Shout out to Mother Nature for the cramps, bloating, those famous mood swings and the likely cause for RBF (resting-bitch-face).

Every month it creeps up and for seven days we yet again, do the lunch time dash to the closest, chemist, service station or Shopping Centre for that EMERGENCY supply!! I decided that after many of the above re-occurrences and the extreme over spending at the checkout, that something had to be done.

Us girls and ladies alike need to know someone has their back! I mean, really, no one wants to go to the store spending $50 extra then you should have, and that's because you don’t want to stroll happily up to the counter with your 1 box of super tampons looking all chuffed with yourself as if you have just won Gold Lotto, because let's face it, who is winning?! In the end you end up filling a basket full of stuff that you definitely do not need in order to mask those little boxes that are a necessity for us girls! Sure you can get yourself some reminder apps or get some fem products shipped each month to avoid the above BUT neither of those really solves the problems.
