ABOUT THE SESSIONS: I offer one on one training sessions or group sessions so you can bring along a few friends, corporate groups, or sports teams. These are held either at my centrally located studio, outdoors at a park, or at your home... Wherever you’re most comfortable! Each session is different and is catered specifically to your fitness levels and goals. Your first session is always FREE.
