Service

Building Report:

We will provide you with a comprehensive written building report by visually inspecting the conditions of all accessible areas of the property, including interior and exterior.

Our building inspector will visually asses the property, noting down what might require maintenance or repair, focusing on anything that may be a major safety concern.

The following areas will be assessed as part of the building inspection:
o Exterior of the building
o Roof exterior
o Surroundings of property (within 30m of the building)
o Sub-floor space
o Interior of the building
o Roof space

All Building Inspection Reports fully comply with Australian Standard AS 4349.1.2007
Pest Inspections:

The licenced Pest Inspector will assess the interior and exterior of the building, providing a written report on the following defects found:
o Evidence of past or present termite activity including past termite treatments where paperwork is provided
o Areas of significant decay
o Poor sub-floor ventilation
o Dry seasoned timbers with borer damage

All Pest Inspection Reports fully comply with Australian Standard AS 3660.2-2000
