Our garments:

We always seek to ensure that we describe the garments we sell as accurately as possible. The pictures we use are provided to us by our suppliers so we are confident that they accurately depict the garments we are selling. However there can be slight variations between the garments and the picture shown.

To purchase:

1. Email us at baybeechic@hotmail.com with the product code and size
2. Private message us on Facebook with the product code, size and email address; or
3. Comment SOLD under the picture of the item that you wish to purchase together with your preferred size and email address (dont forget to private message us on facebook to let us know!).

Payment Methods:

We currently accept Bank Transfer Only. An invoice with all details for payment will be sent to you after you have confirmed that you wish to make a purchase. Payment must be made within 3 business days of receiving this invoice.

Confirmation of payment is required before we are able to post your purchase.

Postage:

All items are packed same day and dispatched via regular post within 1 business day after confirmation of payment received.

The buyer accepts all responsibility for providing the correct delivery address.

Any item not delivered due to a wrong address will be charged the full delivery fee again.

While best efforts are made to deliver your item in the shortest possible timeframe, we unfortunately cannot guarantee specific delivery timeframes due to the unpredictable nature of the postal system.

Please note: Delivery times will vary from state to state as well as depending on your proximity to capital cities. We are located in Hillside, VIC so if you are in another state please be patient with the lovely people at Australia Post.

Delivery costs are capped at $8.25 and includes both postage (actual postage cost and packing materials) and handling (labour) to ensure quality packing and safe arrival of your item.

Combined postage is available however additional costs do apply, please contact us prior to payment to obtain the revised cost and invoice.

If you would like your item delivered via Express Post please contact us prior to purchasing your item to obtain an Express Post delivery cost.

We WILL NOT accept responsibility for items that are lost, damaged or stolen in transit.

PLEASE NOTE: At this time WE ONLY SHIP TO AUSTRALIAN ADDRESSES

Refund/Exchange Policy:

Each garment is carefully checked to ensure that only the best quality is provided to our customers.

Refund available only if item has manufacturer fault.

We will gladly exchange within 14 days of purchase.

You must however email us with proof of purchase and reason for return.

Item must then be posted back before we can issue you with an exchange.

Buyer Returns item at own expense.

Item must be in original condition with all tags intact, unworn.

We will not issue a Refund/Exchange if item has been worn, is dirty or tags have been removed.

Buyer also must pay for postage when a Exchange is being processed.
