Our mission is to help people in our community live a healthy active lifestyle by offering fun group fitness sessions for people of all fitness levels.

Our sessions are Mondays and Wednesdays at 6:30pm at the Wynn Vale Primary School.

Mondays and Wednesdays sessions are $5 and receive a recovery shake afterwards.

No bookings required to join us.

Bring a few friends and come and join our fun and effective group training sessions held by qualified instructor.
