The Steakhouse is all about fresh flavours, combined with local produce & …… damn fine steak.

We sources our steaks from local suppliers and looks for the best available tender and quality fillets. Our seafood is ordered fresh from the markets and is highly limited including Sydney Rock Oysters.

Our Chef, Aaron Clews, is passionate about flavour combinations and local produce. For those who prefer something other than steak, we offer alternatives such as lamb rump, chicken, seafood and pasta.

Our bar is stocked with a selection of local wines, beers and an equally impressive cocktail menu. We have a lot of fun designing our own cocktails including the Strawberry and Apple Mojito and the Hot Butter Whisky made with our own butter creamed with nutmeg, cloves, cinnamon and brown sugar.
