Tammy Game

As Director, Tammy oversees all levels of the business. Tammy has worked in real estate - and particularly investment property management - for the past 10 years, providing both service to clients, as well as the management of her own investment property portfolio.

Astute Realty was conceived when Tammy and her husband Philip, realised (as property investors themselves) that there was a serious gap in the manner in which investment properties were ‘looked after’ and managed by other agents. They also realised (when buying and selling their own investment properties) that there was also a ‘gap’ in the service delivered to clients by sales agents. Because of these ‘negative’ real estate experiences, Tammy and Philip decided to open their own ‘highly professional’ and ‘caring’ real estate business.

Tammy explains: “We wanted to provide a ‘complete’ service where clients could take comfort by knowing that (as owners of the agency), both Philip and I would always take a very ‘hands on approach’ to the management of our clients valued investment properties and/or with the sale of their investment property or home. We believe that we provide that personal service within our business – Astute Realty. We are always personally available to assist our clients. We also employ a very experienced and dynamic team, who work hard to ensure that every managed investment property is well cared for and that all our investment property clients achieve a ‘maximum return’ on their investment. We also strive to ensure that every property placed on the sale market is marketed well and that it achieves the highest possible current market price”.

Tammy’s previous background was in the medical industry, where she worked as a radiologist. Tammy’s ‘focus’ has always been to provide quality client care and service. This caring ‘client focus’ is carried over from Tammy’s previous medical background and is reflected in all Tammy’s real estate activities.

I was very excited when the opportunity arose to work for Tammy & Phil Game as the manager for Astute Realty QLD; in fact I jumped at the chance. We are very alike in that we pride ourselves on our work ethic and we have the same vision for creating a really phenomenal real estate business. We see ourselves as young and fresh and really want to bring some new and exciting things to the world of real estate. It’s definitely time for a change from real estate business as it has been.

We understand what is wanted from personnel in the real estate industry as what service level we expect from other service providers and we want to give that same level of service to you.

Acting in the best interests of our clients’ is paramount! We want to be the agency that our customers happily refer our name onto their friends and family because they have received such a wonderful service (finally) from real estate professionals who care.

I began my real estate career 18 years ago as a trainee. Over the years I have worked in every aspect of real estate from receptionist, contracts administrator, property manager, office manager, body corporate secretary, sales support and sales.

I now work with Tammy and Phil to offer you a service that is different from the rest. We will be striving to be the best, and we are very much looking forward to speaking with you about how we can assist you with your financial planning and investment decisions, acting as buyer’s and seller’s agents, or handling your very important investment property with ease and precision to every detail from new builds to long standing investments.
