Noosh Restaurant Wien brings a creative mix of Afghan and Sub continental flavours and dishes to entice the curious diner in an eclectic, modern setting in the heart of Vienna. With a nod to the past and a vision for the future, Noosh’s cuisine combines classic and avante garde cooking techniques with Eastern ingredients and inspirations. Chef Khaled Khsohdel's menu is inspired by the savoury kitchens of the Middle East, Asia and Europe and reflects his belief that a great restaurant is made up of not just food, but also of equal parts ambiance, service and beverage.

Born in Kabul, Khaled has always been fascinated and enticed by the mix of flavours present in the dishes of his homeland – his Afghan cultural background, extensive international travel and access to the best local ingredients inspire his cooking. Inspired by the lack of innovative Afghan dining options in Vienna and central Europe in general, Khaled has created Noosh in order to provide an exciting, inspiring dining experience to his adopted hometown.
