Warranty & return:

We offer 1 year warranty on all products against production and manufacturing defects.

- All faulty / defective products will be replaced or refunded in full if reported by customer within 7 days of delivery, subject to unused, and packaging without wear & tear. Thereafter, delivered product would be subject to repairs; delivery charges will apply.

- Any Refunds will be made in the Original Mode of Payment.

- All Electronic products will have a minimum warranty of 1 year against production and manufacturing defects, unless manufacturer offers longer warranty.

- Warranty can be extended or changed based on the rules and regulation of our Supplier Partners.

- All warranties will apply within UAE only.

- Delivery charge will apply for picking-up and returning of items.

- Only Supplier’s / Manufacturer’s warranty will apply for all the branded merchandise.
