U-Turn

Back in the 50’s, my dad used to take me to this amazing diner, serving the best dishes from burgers to sandwiches to this astounding milkshakes.
Nowadays all restaurants turned to the modern cooking with no feelings in cuisine, there is no enjoyment in that. That’s why I decided to build my dream restaurant inspired by that time, in memory of my good father and the time we shared, I believe everybody should experience a bit of sense to the past, meeting the present and keeping in mind the experience that the client will endure as soon as he steps into the premises.
Certain dishes are inspired by memory or provenience of ingredients. We want to share these with you through what you see, smell and taste.
As a diner we are not a fast food outlet, however, we do serve our food fast and healthy. We serve not because it is a job we serve because we love to do so.
