We follow our exclusive 'Multi Point Maintenance Program' to ensure your system runs trouble free and at its best year round.

This annual service includes flushing drains, checking ductwork, replacing/cleaning filter, outdoor coil clean, checking the refrigerant charge, zone operation and much more. If you have not had a maintenance carried out in the last 12 months your air conditioning equipment is now due to be checked and serviced. If you wish to avail yourself of this maintenance please contact our Service Department during business hours to organise a schedule.

We also now have our Exclusive Anti Bacterial Treatment Service. If not serviced or maintained, bacteria can build up within air conditioning coils, leading to flu like symptoms, sick building syndrome and fatigue. To combat these bacteria, we offer an environmentally friendly anti bacterial treatment.

We undertake Annual Maintenance Contract of your air conditioning systems on a very reasonable price, which include two complete services with multi point maintenance check and free anti bacterial treatment also in case of any breakdown or repair we will provide our service free of charge on priority basis and only parts replaced will be charged to your account.
