Been baking since i was 7 years old with my Grandmother in the Karoo, most of the recipes I use are from her. Old fashion baking , real butter, real flour, real eggs and NO shortcuts. Both sides of my family has influenced my baking, GERMAN and AFRIKAANS. I believe both these Cultures have baking recipes and Technics I have Mastered and Treasure.
