Communities, Families and individuals has a huge responsibility to play in preventing the spread of HIV.It has been proven that preventing HIV cannot be achieved by medical care and sharing of information only, social ills ( poverty, unemployment, gender based violence and illiteracy) play a big role in spreading the virus. Women and young people are more vulnerable due to culture and economic inequality thus we see blessers phenomenons and sugar daddy's.
