We offer four different sizes pre-designed homes, namely 250m², 300m², 350m² & 500m².

Architectural styles

Our three architects designed homes in the following styles:

Classic Farm House
The design reflects the classical interpretation of the old highveld farm house. The emphasis is on natural materials and earthy colours

Contemporary Farm House
This style represents a more modern interpretation of the highveld farm house. Steel is integrated to give it a more latter day feel

Highveld Vernacular
This design represents both classical and contemporary elements of the highveld vernacular. The design is in response to South-African climate and lifestyle using sustainable architecture principles

Standard Plans are available in the above sizes and styles with different finishes and roofs to suit everyone's taste

Amended pre-designed plan
You will have the opportunity to make minor changes to your chosen pre-designed house plan in conjunction with the architect. This is the opportunity to make amendments that suit your family needs and lifestyle.
