In the event of violation or abuse, all South African victims have a right to be heard and counseled through empathetic and skilled care. WAR is dedicated to providing the knowledge of prevention and the necessary steps to work through a traumatic event.

Integral to WAR’s ministry is the delivery of ‘Comfort Parcels’ to South African Police Stations in the greater Gauteng Metropolitan. WAR intends to expand this offering nationwide. The “Comfort Parcel’ is intended to instil a sense of self worth back into the victim and traditionally contains clean underwear, sanitary towels, toiletries, a teddy bear and a chocolate.
