United We Stand 4.22

United We Stand (UWS) is a 3 day team event that takes place every October in the great surroundings of Durban.

2017 will be the 7th annual competition that now sees in excess of 950 athletes descend on Durban to crown the fittest team in Africa.

Originally in 2011 only teams from South Africa competed but with the growth of CrossFit globally we now see teams from Namibia and Zimbabwe join the weekend.

UWS is an affiliate only event that was started for the community by the community. Our values are centered around giving the athletes a weekend that is purely about them. From the set up, on time running schedule, medical practitioners, vendor village and workouts themselves,everything is geared towards creating the best environment for the competitors and travelling spectators.
