Umhlali 2.86

Umhali is a 5 year project funded by HDF and Comic Relief. The implementation partners are The Center for Justice and Crime Prevention based in Cape Town and Masifunde Learner Development based in Port Elizabeth.

Umhlali has 10 components: School safety, at risk families, ECD, technology and early crime prevention, child protection, community & institutional awareness, youth pro-social decision making, alcohol & substance abuse, school leavers/dropouts and research.
