Tshepo Generation 2.17

Tshepo Generation (Tshepo means "hope" in seSotho) is a non-profit organization in Mautse-Rosendal, Free State South Africa operating with an all-volunteer staff through donations - in kind or materials and labour - from the surrounding community.

It operates a daily soup kitchen providing a meal to orphaned or disadvantaged children at its head quarters as well as running early learning, education (including English language training) sports and other structured activities.

There are approximately 68 children currently involved in these programmes aged 6 to 17. Tshepo Generation also operates alongside and together with the "Glo-Kid"s pre-school programme for another 14 children age 2-5 at a facility in Rosendal. In April Tshepo Generation opened a computer lab, teaching basic computer literacy to members of its programmes.
