Tornado Potato SA 2.18

Deep-fried twist potato on a skewer. The twist potatoes are made by skewering a whole potato with a specialized spiral slicer, The potato is then spread evenly along the skewer, and deep-fried in sunflower oil at a regulated temperature of 180®. The cooking process fuses the potato to the skewer and holds it in place, after +- 5 minutes of frying time the potatoes are then set to cool and dry before being spiced and served.
