The Shambhala Organisation 3.22

The Shambhala Organisation was established by Dale Pudney in response to the lack of openly gay and lesbian individuals in top level business leadership positions. There is a perception in the community of "glass ceilings" and discrimination against proud LGBT individuals in the business world. The Shambhala Organisation seeks to help high potential LGBT individuals break through these "glass ceilings" and take their rightful place in business leadership positions.

The initiatives include:

Shambhala Scholarships - Scholarships to assist proudly LGBT individuals embark on further study towards a career in business leadership.

Shambhala Private Equity - Private Equity investments into proudly LGBT owned and managed high performance businesses.

Shambhala Performance – Coaching, mentorship and placements to assist LGBT individuals improve their career performance and potential.
