We specialize in understanding and working with the unconscious dynamics in institutional systems. We apply our expertise specifically to be useful to leaders and managers as they strive to gain a fuller view of the underlying, often ‘invisible’, factors that influence their institutions and their roles. Our usefulness to our clients lies in our tradition of not giving advice, counsel or solutions.
