The High School for Girls Potchefstroom was founded in 1905 and although we are proud of our rich heritage of tradition, we pursue a dynamic approach to embrace and adapt to the challenge of meeting the future needs of our learners.

At Girls High, we are driven by what works best for girls and young women. Research shows that girls in single sex school are offered more opportunities to succeed. We do more than provide encouragement and set high expectations - we teach our girls how to succeed.
